Firmware problems
I'm having the same exact issue with the latest firmware upgrade and also have had countless issues with this router and connectivity since purchasing.

What model router do you have?
What FW version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Is IPv6 and Protection Engine enabled? Please disable these two features and let us know if this changes anything.
Using ISP detected DNS or custom DNS?
