It has been several days without any issues accessing Readyshare after I disabled the Protection Engine feature on my Netgear RS600 router. I am marking this thread as solution found but I would have preferred to keep the Protection Engine enabled. Hopefully, in the future a fix can be found so as to be able to use both Readyshare and Protection Engine at the same time. Thanks to FURRYe38 and the others who helped to narrow down the cause of the issue.
The USB drive is a Samsung T5 500GB. The Winver is Windows 11 Home 25H2 and yes, SMBv1 is enabled. It won't connect at all if I disable SMBv1.
This drive a mechanical or SSD drive?
So after about 20 minutes you loose connection and get this error correct?
