Internet down same time each afternoon

For about the past week now, internet connectivity drops between 1 pm and 3pm each day.   Everything else on our network/wifi works.  Have Netgear RS 700 and we are on Comcast / xfinity cable internet.   Restarts / reboots have made no difference.  Any thoughts on how to trace cause?

Does the Internet LED on the front of the router turn AMBER when this happens?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

Would it be correct to assume that Comcast reports "we see nothing" when contacted about this?

Does Internet access return (by itself, if nothing is done to the router)?

Does the RS700 have a web function that reports the lease on the public IP address from Comcast?

My Orbi, for example, shows this:

Since DHCP protocol is to renew a lease when 50% of the time remains and it is now 6:24PM, that means this router will attempt to renew the public IP lease in 11 hours and 3 minutes (i.e. 5:27am tomorrow)  It would be a fascinating coincidence if the internet outage happens to occur when the public IP lease should be renewed.
