Is it possible to disable Ipv6?

The user manual of the RS100 only gives different IPv6 connection types to choose from, but does not mention any option to disable it.

Is it also possible to completely disable ipv6, both on the LAN side and on the WAN side? If yes, how do I disable it on LAN and on WAN?

Thanks.

  • No, that's the problem, I don't own the router (yet). I would like to buy it, but only if it supports disabling ipv6 on both the LAN and WAN side.

Does anyone else who owns the RS100 (or RS150 or RS200) know if it is possible to disable ipv6 on LAN and WAN? Thanks.

Yes IPv6 can be disabled. I have a RS600 here. I don't use it as my ISP doesn't support it.

I don't own the RS100, but Orbi routers do have a "disable" option in addition to the ones listed in the manual.

If you already own the router, then look for that choice.
