My new RS700s packet loss

Hello, i replaced my existing AC router with new RS700s router.

the speed is incredible higher through Ookla speed test.

but i saw the that there is always packet loss. ( never happend with my old router )

the loss ranges between 2% and 10%. Can someone explain the reason? The test was done near the router with no obstacles.

 

in addition to that, the upload speed is lower than the previous AC router (

i used to get 200-300 upload speed and 300~400 download speed )

    Definitely doesn't seem to be normal. On ethernet (Windows 11, using the Speedtest app for Windows) and 6GHz wi-fi (Pixel 7 Pro, Speedtest app), I have 0% packet loss. Did you make sure that you are on the latest firmware?

      yes, i updates the router to the latest firmware version.

      i tried also to check through my iphone, i got 8% packet loss.  
      i checked the ethernet cable ( high quality cat 8 and cat 6A cables ) and same issue.

       

      when i reinstalled my old router i am getting 0% loss. 
      So i believe its something with the router itself.

       

      what would be the solution/how to troubleshoot? Which settings should i check? I purchased my router few weeks ago.
