Netgear C7000v2 (USB Readyshare)
Been using USB Readyshare on C7000v2 Modem/Router Combo since purchased a few years ago. Needed to add a new Separate Netgear router and it's clearly understood that USB Readyshare is deactivated when C7000v2 router mode turned off and put into "Bridge Mode - Modem Only" to work with the newly purchased router. However, I started thinking how I could get USB Readyshare to work if turned router mode back on and disabled all wifi signals and DHCP server to avoid conflict with new router. Works great when connected to PC only "without" new router, but once new router is added into the connections - unable to get any internet connection... So what am I missing??
Any Help or Suggestions are welcome... :-)
Cat 5e from C7000v2 to PC gets internet and USB Readyshare works great.
Cat 5e from C7000v2 to WAN port new router and Cat5e from new router LAN port to PC unable to get any internet connection thus no Readyshare either...
Is there an IP Address needed on the C7000v2 WAN or LAN settings?
