The issue can also be your ISP-provided modem. Shut off your RS700 router, and then unplug your modem from power for 60 seconds, then plug modem back in to power. After the modem finishes booting and is back online, then turn the RS700 back on.
If that doesn't work, you can download the latest firmware for the RS700 and manually install it. You should already have it installed to make sure all security updates are in place, along with bug fixes.
