There are no Apple devices that support 320MHz-wide channels.
They all are locked to 160MHz at most currently. This includes their WiFi 7 products, not just their 6E products.
In fact, they only go up to 1024QAM as well, and don't do 4kQAM.
The latest set of M5 Pro/Max Macbook Pro offerings use the N1 Apple chip for WiFi, which follows these limitations.
