I have a RS600 that drops WiFi signal daily like 4-5 times every day since purchased a month ago. My old X10 never dropped signal. I have two EXS27 extenders around my home and will unplug those to see if that's the issue. I've read disable IPV6 so I'll try that also. BEEN A HORRIBLE PURCHASE FOR $500 SO FAR... my netgear 12 router has a pulsing red light. the light icon is a circle above a line above two circles. I have power cycled both the router and the modem, same situation. I have accomplished a router factory reset and the light is still pulsing red. I checked internet speed and it is above 600 mb so that is good. I have reseated all cables on the router. I haven't contacted the internet provider yet since I don't know what the pulsing red light is telling me. Thanks for any help.101Views0likes6CommentsHave you seen this about Netgear RS Routers? Pretty interesting and maybe scary or even dangerous!
Supposedly there is a Backdoor to our Rs Series routers by sending magic packets? This makes me nervous as I work and live behind a RS700 in my house. It sounds pretty serious? Hey Friends, I just bought the NETGEAR Nighthawk Tri-Band WiFi 7 Router (RS600) AND a MacBook Pro with the M5 Pro chip that supports WiFi 7. I have my 6 GHz network set up but I don't see any of the 320 MHz channels. My region is United States. What am I missing? :-)Solved232Views0likes4Comments
