RS600 not connecting

I have  the same issue will work when hooked up to old router but not directly to modem.  Did Netgear get you a solution?

    What modem do you have? 

    What firmware version are you on? 

    What error do you get?

    Whats not connecting? 

     

    Did you power off the ISP modem then back ON when you connected the RS router? 

    My RS600 is currently online with a CM3000 modem. Working good here.
