Have you seen this about Netgear RS Routers? Pretty interesting and maybe scary or even dangerous!

I saw this too, I have a RS600, sounds critical to me, hope there's a firmware update to resolve this soon.

I watched several of these videos and was left thinking..... "well, there's time I'll never get back."

Yes, some older Netgear routers had a method to enable Telnet using a device on the local network, and some Netgear routers have a method to enable SSH using a device on the local network, but both of them required the user to enter the password to the web interface.  My router password is 30 characters long with special characters.  It will take a process YEARS to break my router password.  And that is supposing that someone has compromised a device on my local network to attempt this.

I posted about some flaws in the RS series of routers and its locked to no replies? Is this common?
