Nighthawk RS600 Attached Devices list empty when it is not

My Nighthawk RS600 works fantastically, except for one minor glitch.  When I first open both the app and the PC interface, both show 22 devices online, however, when I click on the button to get more details, nothing ever shows up.

The app just continually shows "loading" and then finally errors out with the message "Sorry, your device list failed to load. Please try again later".

The PC interface just comes up blank with no devices listed.  Both worked fine for the first day of adding devices (we're moving into a new home and adding devices as we unbox them), but then this issue started happening on day 2.

If I reboot the router, it will work and show the devices, but only for one time.  If I go back to list them again, then the same issue reappears.

I'm wondering if I configured something wrong or left a blank space where there shouldn't be one or something along that line.  Not sure what to try.

Firmware is updated to V1.0.1.90

Thanks for any guidance.

Thank you for the screen captures. I had my RS600 online last month, same FW version, had not seen this. Though I only had less than 10 devices connected.

Let us know if you see this again after a FR.

  • Is this in the NH app and in the PC browser?

Which browser are you using? Happens with other browsers?

Can you post a screen capture of this?

Have tired a factory reset and setup from scratch after newer FW was loaded?

  • Thank you for the quick reply.  Yes, both the app and the browser.  I currently use Chrome as my browser on the PC.   I also tried it on the Edge browser and had the same results (nothing shown).  I've attached a couple of screenshots that shows the initial number of devices attached to be 29 and then after clicking the icon, nothing appears.

I have not tried a factory reset since the new firmware, so I will give that a try a little later this evening.  I will report back the results.  Thanks for the suggestion.

Thank you for the suggestion, as it did the trick!  I made sure the router had the latest firmware and then did a factory reset.  That's all it took.  Now I can see all of my devices again.  I appreciate the reply and will mark this as a solution.  Thanks again!

  • I haven't seen that issue with my RS600.

Have you tried something other than chrome/edge?

No, I hadn't tried anything else.  Before I did try, I went ahead and tried the suggestion of doing a factory reset after the latest firmware installation, and that did the trick.  Thanks for replying to my thread - It is very much appreciated.
