Yes it’s NETGEAR it was through the nighthawk app I believe and I have responded but they’re support must be really backed up because
you can never get a live chat and they take a while to respond Via email.

Worth mentioning? On fast Internet connections (so from half a Gigabit and up), the overhead does eat up the advantages. Therefore, I _guess_ modernized automatic QoS is likely disabled.
Please don't blame the messenger for the lack of continuity and documentation on these mostly not inexpenssive consumer routers.
