R700 Firmware problems

Could someone on the Netgear team link to me the firmware v1.0.9.101_25.7.19. I'm also having similar issues as the OP. I received a share link BH_C but unfortunately the link wasn't working.

    yes, a refreshed link was sent yesterday and that link worked.
