Are you certain you contacted Netgear? Your screenshot looks like something AI generated.
Step 2 is oddly worded. AFAIK, no Netgear router provides Gateway->Behavior Navigation.
If you did contact Netgear (not a scam support site), then you should get back to them.

Looks like the real NTGR support quality of September 2026.
Appears Netgear paid support is using AI, and has not much clue on the products they are supposed do be trained on...
