Thanks CrimpOn. We had a power outage here so that's what I suspected. So I called customer service and the fella clearly told me the subscription is why it won't show any networks even after I scan the barcode. I could not believe that. Before I could ask him prices and what I needed to do he hung up on me. I cannot find anywhere in the Nighthawk app on my phone that shows a subscription even if I wanted to do that. Although I'd like to resolve this ( the 700 was a sickenly amount of money just last April) I just patched my old LynkSys 5400 back in and it fired right back up. Thank You CrimpOn!
