RS200
Just got an #RS200 a week ago, and I have gone round and round with support trying to make it work properly. I have the latest firmware, and I've changed the channel sett
My issue is that for some devices, connection to the internet breaks entirely for a few moments. It's not unusable, but it is also not what I paid for. The interruptions happen every few moments, and last for a few moments. For some devices nothing loads, and for others, connections just slows substantially. The wireless connection is also not nearly as fast as it should be. Wired connection seems fine, but it is not a practical option.
My latest conversation with support lead me to look at logs, and had me search for DOS attacks, and some were there. The support staff seemed to thing we are being attacked by someone on the internet, and that we need to speak with our ISP to change our WAN IP.
Does anyone have experience with this issue, and is the answer really attacks? I'm about to return the router and get something from another company if this isn't resolved soon.

What modem is it connected to?
Who's your isp?
Are you using IPv6?Motorola Surboard Model: SB6142
Cox
I do not believe so. It says IPv6 is enabled, but there is no connectivity shows no network access.
try disabling ipv6. I've had issues with ipv6 where it'll work great for a few days and then go down. When its going down, devices "hesitate" or go slow for a while until they default to ipv4. then they work fine for a while and then go down again. I've had to either resort to disable ipv6 or using a different DNS server (using my own)
