RS280 firmware version 1.0.6.16 unreliable

I've been having problems with losing connections to my RS280 router over WiFi for the last couple weeks with various devices (laptop, phone, etc.).

Reatarting the devices would make it work, but then the next day they would lose connection again.

Rebooting the router did not seem to help.

I noticed the RS280 was set up for automatic updates, and I think the problems started when it

updated to 1.0.6.16.  After manually downgrading to the old version 1.0.5.22 it seems to be working fine again.

    Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Try disabling the following and see:

Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, IPv6, Protection Engine, Traffic Meter.

Might have checked the issue with a factory reset and setup from scratch after v.16 was loaded.

Keep what works for you loaded then.
