RS280S blocks windows media server
I use WMS to stream video from my HDD to the tv. All was fine using my old NG router. Now WMS will work for a short time after boot or reboot then disconnects. The wifi to the tv still works. The only way to get it running again is to boot/reboot.
NG Armor is off. I have tried playing with many router settings with no luck.
My ISP is Quantum fiber. PC is win 10 pro with the latest updates. Router firmware is V1.0.1.90.
Any suggestions?

While I applaude you using WMS (used to love it over a decade ago), there's solutions out there now with much more capabilities such as streaming different codecs, transcoding on the fly, managed posters, trailers, etc. I'd highly recommend upgrading to one of those solutions if you've got a windows PC (as your post insinuates by using wms).
I love plex but that's because I pay for the premium on it. I've used jellyfin and like it. Its free and works much better than wms.
basic DLNA servers like WMS are great until you run into streams that aren't in the wright codec for your device. And it sure could be the router causing issue.
What TV is it? Smart tv?
What specs on the PC?
