The LAN port stopped working on my new RS280S last night. It is connected to an unmanaged Ethernet switch. Rebooting the RS280S got it working again. I read Costco customer reviews and another person reported having this problem regularly. Is this a known issue? On firmware version 1.0.1.60.

It has only happened one time so far. If it happens again, I will try bypassing the unmanaged switch.

What brand and model# is this switch? What kind of CAT# cables are being used?

It is a TP-Link TL-SG108, cat 6 cable.

Can't recommend that mfr. You might give NGs GS108 series a try if it happens again. Good Luck.
