RS300 Firmware Version 1.0.0.50 - No Internet
Wondering if anyone has any ideas.
I manually updated to FW 1.0.0.50 from 1.0.0.38 to see if it resolved a issue I was having with MSFT Teams calling since moving to this router. (It will disconnect my S24U from the WIFI at Random only when on calls)
The upgrade went fine, but on the latest FW it will say 'No Internet' Link Down. Downgrading to 1.0.0.38 and it connects and gets an IP from the ISP fine. I tried this twice.
Using the single Internet 2.5 Wan port, no login to ISP, IP get Dynamic, Use router def MAC. The ISP is Arvig , Mine plugs into a ethernet jack in the wall, I believe it is connected to a Cisco switch in our basement.

Try a power cycle of the RS and ISP modem/ONT after FW was updated?
Maybe a factory reset and setup from scratch as well?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT or switch in the basement that the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
