RS300 Rapidshare unable to create folders

I just replaced my old router with the RS300 wifi7 tri-band.
Network works grate but when I tried to add my 14tb Seagate external hdd,I had my first issue.
Router setup
USB enabled
Hdd recognized shows 14tb
And this is where the wheels fall off.
When I go into rapidshare to create a folder, everything is grayed out.
