But it doesn't help OP, who wanted
- isolation from devices connected to the Main wifi
- isolation from devices connected to the LAN
- no isolation between devices connected to the IoT network.
That particular combination can't be achieved with the RS600 (and AFAIK, there is no Netgear router that supports it).
You can get that combination with APs that support VLANs.
Double routing can also get you there (using the edge router to create the IoT wifi, and the second router for the main network). Though the double-routing isolation is slightly different - it prevents IoT devices from reaching the main network, but allows devices on the main network to reach the IoT devices.
