Reverted back to previous firmware, still having issues. I removed the router all together and replaced with my previous RAXE500, which was working fine. Everything working well, so I have to assume the problem is the router and the updated firmware must have corrupted the router. Will try a factory reset and reload my Lan IP tables and try again. Otherwise I am going to assume this update killed it. Was working fine for months, before updating.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Could you please capture the debug logs from the routers IP address/debug.htm. Please check WAN/LAN packet capture as well. Let it run for 5 minutes then select the save logs button.
Put up on a cloud storage site like dropbox or onedrive and PM me the share link.
Will get this to NG.
