RS600 usage out of U.S

I bought a US model of RS600 (BE17000) it arrives with One (1) 19V/3.42A power adapter. can i use it in 220V country? only adding an European head to it?

If the adapter has 110v/220v listed on the adapter then you could if it only lists 110v, then no, you'll need to find a converter or an adapter that can support 220v.
