Rs700 1.0.9.6 Issue Intermittent Internet Droputs
I updated my rs700 with the latest firmware and ever since upgrading my internet was randomly dropping out. It was completely random and happening several times during the day.
Troubleshooting I downgraded the firmware back to 1.0.7.96 and all of my issues resolved itself.
I really don't know what I could upload to help but I just wanted to post something in case others with this router are experiencing the same issue with the latest firmware.

Chiming in to say I have the same issue with the 1.0.9.6 firmware. I've had the RS700 since it released and I have had zero performance issues until now. I always factory reset after an upgrade. I'll be downgrading FW. Hopefully a fix is landing soon.
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch after newer FW loads to see if problems continue or not.
Thank you for the suggestion unfortunately this did not resolve the issue. Leaving it at 1.0.7.96 did resolve my issue though. I will wait for a future firmware to see if it resolves the issue.
Thanks for letting us know. Ya, seems that others are having issues with latest FW update. NG has been made aware of it. Check on next FW update.
