RS700 DHCP Issues with newest firmware
I purchased an RS700 back in February and on the previous firmware I had the slow Wi-Fi issue and once I would login to the web UI and re-apply the Wi-Fi settings it fixed everything and seemed to be...

Just FYI, since I got the home to my self this weekend, got some time to put my RS700 online as main home network router yesterday. FW v.6. 40 devices online currently.
Smart Connect enabled using manual channels 1, 40 and 37.
PE enabled.
CM3000 cable modem.
Not seeing any DHCP issues at present time. Using 192.168.0.1 and IP pool range of .100 to .200. Just did a reboot of the router from the NH app. No issues seen in IP addressing after system was back online.
Will monitor over the weekend for any issues.

Do you have an IoT network configured and setup too? I have a lot of devices on that network. The logs seem to indicate a cross-talk issue between the IoT SSID and the main SSID. I am going to try disabling the IoT network at some point this weekend and do a reboot and see if I still hit the issue.

No, just main WLAN. Several IoT devices online currently.

I got a trial firmware from Netgear support a few weeks ago. I have it installed on my RS700, but I haven't had the chance to actively test it yet. I had been using a Raspberry Pi as a DHCP server in the time being so I need to disable that and test. Hopefully I can get it tested this weekend.

Sounds good. Hoping it works better.
