What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
Was protection engine enabled on the routers web page?
Is IPv6 enabled on the routers web page?
Using ISP DNS or custom DNS?
Which ISP are you connected with?

Thanks for your reply. Don’t know the model number of the modem . The mfr is Huawei. The LAN cable is a 5 meters length Schneider CAT6 cable.
All settings are default setting. And now the problem is resolved by rolling back the FW to 1.0.7.96

Please specify details of the questions presented.
There have been some issues that NG is aware of and would need more feedback regarding newer FW working with questions presented.
WIll need specific model information from ISP modem as well. There maybe a router built in to the ISP Mode. Need to check for this.

Sorry for that. But I am not such technical to tell the details. The modem is provided by the ISP, I will try to ask them for the model and firmware version of the modem.
