RS700 firmware 1.0.9.16 issue
Hi all, I updated the FW to 1.0.9.16 from 1.0.7.96. The Internet LED light turns red around 1 hour after updating the FW. When the internet LED is red, no network for the devices even the PC connect...
Thanks for your reply. Don’t know the model number of the modem . The mfr is Huawei. The LAN cable is a 5 meters length Schneider CAT6 cable.
All settings are default setting. And now the problem is resolved by rolling back the FW to 1.0.7.96

There have been some issues that NG is aware of and would need more feedback regarding newer FW working with questions presented.
WIll need specific model information from ISP modem as well. There maybe a router built in to the ISP Mode. Need to check for this.
Sorry for that. But I am not such technical to tell the details. The modem is provided by the ISP, I will try to ask them for the model and firmware version of the modem.
