RS700 losing internet connectivity
I installed the RS700 last month. Wireless and newly connected devices connect to WiFi and internal network instantly, but it take another 1 to 2 minutes before they have internet connectivity.
Once internet connectivity is established, the Wi-Fi and download speeds are great. However, we are having issues with the intermittently losing internet connectivity, which causes our VoIP phones to drop calls, etc. etc.
Multiple calls to the help desk, multiple reboots, multiple factory setting reboots, new cables, and way too many hours troubleshooting have not solved the problem.
We are about to go back to a N600 to get us by until we find a solution or a new router.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

The Spectrum internet cable modem is an Arris DG1670A.
The cable modem worked fine with our old Netgear N600 router.
I've been able to validate that multiple devices (both wireless and cable connected) lose internet access multiple times throughout the day for maybe 30 to 90 seconds.
Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem. https://kb.netgear.com/25891/DMZ-on-NETGEAR-routers

3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the NG router to the modem, LAN to LAN configure AP mode on the NG router.
