RS700 not accepting 5GZ login from win 10 laptop
I recently installed a RS700 router, and set up separate SSIDs for the three bands so my legacy equipment can sync up. I also manually changed the bands for 2.4 and 5Gz, and 6ghz since a neighbors router (ssid Netgear 10) had bands and strength exactly on top of my router's bands, and my router followed (auto changed to) the same bands as the Netgear 10. I had initially had trouble connecting to wifi with my Samsung S22 phone, but deleting the Netgear App (I had an entry named "SSID name connect via nighthawk", and another post said to delete the app to get rid of that), and forgetting the network and rebooting solved that. Now I can't log in to the 5ghz network with my Win 10 HP laptop. Another win 11 laptop has no problem logging in on 5 Gz.
I tried forgetting the network and redoing, but have the same result.
I downloaded the latest firmware for the RS700, forgot the network on the laptop, rebooted the router and PC, etc.
Any clues on how to troubleshoot this? Is there a log somewhere that says why it wont connect? The message on the laptop simply says "can't connect".

Is WPA3 security enabled on the router?
What happens if you set NONE for wifi security for 5Ghz temporarily then try to connect the PC? Re-enable WPA2 after testing.
What brand and model# is the Windows 10 Wireless adapter?
Be sure that you do change the SSID name to something other than the default one. Make is simple and easy to see on devices.
