RS700S setup issues

Thanks so much for the response...one thing I have had to do is add a host file entry for routerlogin.net as it was trying to redirect to that page. Now I am having issues getting a WAN address from my ONT. I have checked with RightFiber and they have assured me the ONT is in bridge mode. I am able to get an address plugging directly into the ONT with a laptop and they also provided a Zyxel which does get an address. I am using the Internet Port (10Gbps) but it will not get an address. I am going to attempt a factory reset but this is a brand new router.

Make sure the ISP doesn't have any special WAN side configurations like PPPoE or VLAN requirements needed on the RS router.
Might try connecting a non managed switch in between the RS router and ONT and see if this helps any.
Be sure that you power OFF the ONT for 30 seconds then back ON after connecting the RS router to the ONT.
Brand and model# of the ONT that the router is connected too?
Besure your using good quality LAN cable in between the ONT and RS router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
