Unable to unregister device
Hi, I gave this to a friend to use this device and he can't activate it on his account because it shows still registered to me. I followed documented instructions to unregister my device RS700. But when I do that, I receive an error:
"This product cannot be unregistered because it has active services or contracts."
I went to the active armor subscription, but I do not have a cancel option.
I need some help in resolving this.

You'll need to remove it from your NG profile account first.
