Unable to upgrade FW stuck on firmware v1.0.7.86
RS700 stuck on firmware v1.0.7.86_2.0.82 My RS700 shows a firmware update available, but the update process goes through and ends up with the original version. I have even tried a factory reset ...
This is a beta unit that we've already troubleshot. I'm hoping that NG can help on this one.
Seems like the router maybe in some read only or has a fault in the FW partition area that is not allowing new FW to be loaded and processed.
I successfully upgraded automatically and manually throughout the beta without issue and once after beta.
