Wi-Fi ping spikes every 10 seconds.
Ping jumps from around 5 ms to 100 ms every 10 seconds. The issue is reproducible only when connected via Wi-Fi. When connected to the router with an Ethernet cable, the problem does not occur. R...

What device are you using to ping the router?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Is this the Cloud Gateway Ultra?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
Using ISP Detected DNS or custom DNS?
Is IPv6 Enabled or disabled?
Which ISP are you connected with?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

If you reset the network settings on the device then this wipes out the configured connection with the wifi system and will need to be re-connected to the system. Will not reconnect if the settings are cleared. This would be expected behavior. Network resets on devices should only be used in last resort for troubleshooting purposes.
My iphone 17 Pro Max connects fine to my RS600 and RS700 when they are online.

all CAT6A - but it should not be a reason since there is no issue via cable to router
I heard it might be WIFI QoS that by some reason still enabled even in AP mode but it's still strange that it makes such a huge spikes

What happens if you ping the routers IP address from your Mac?
If your pinging thru the RS then thru the ISP Gateway, you could see odd spikes.
What happens if you ping directly at the gateway with your WiFi device with RS turned OFF?
And you do have the gateways WiFi disabled as well?
What channels are you using on the RS router? Try 1 and 40 or 11 and 48.
How is AP mode configured on the RS router? Dynamic or Static?

it does not allow this
ping: sendto: No route to host
ping: sendto: No route to host
Request timeout for icmp_seq 0
ping: sendto: No route to host
Request timeout for icmp_seq 1
but if I ping gateway - the issue present
===
If I ping from Gateway console(no wifi in this loop) - no described issue
===
This gateway doesn't have wifi functions
===
I use 36 for 5 and 53 for 6, but I already tried, it does not affect this issue

Dynamic or Static? - what do you mean ? (it says AP mode, nothing more, but I didn't set any static routes/ip's etc)

You should be able to ping from something connected behind the RS in AP mode to the gateways IP address, i.e. 192.168.1.1 or what ever the gateway is using for it's LAN IP address.
There are two configuration modes for AP Mode, Dynamic and Static:
