internet not connected XR1000

ik probeer de XR1000 te installeren.

Als een extra router binnen bestaand netwerk.

deze XR1000 staat op zolder en is met data kabel verbonden aan een ZYXEL EX5601-T1 die benenden staat.

Nu heeft de data kabel internet, maar als ik deze in de XR1000 connect en de setup doorga krijg ik volgende melding internet not connected... via pc en mobiel geprobeerd maar geen idee wat ik kan doen.

Deze XR1000 zal met mij op installaties gaan voor werk om lokale netwerken te maken tussen verschillende hardware, QUESTS VR, iPad & PC. Dus het is noodzakelijk dat het plug & play is als ik ergens anders lan connect. 

So i have a local network and want to add the XR1000 to this network.

Reasoning is that i generally use the system for projects and have used netgear spiders before.

So generally what we did was set the router up as a network that only we can access and once at location connect this to a data cable on site. The system works straight away, and all our hardware is connected to the same wifi and or hardlined.

No i'm prepping this XR1000 at home within my existing network but i can't even get internet to work. I get internet not connected even though testing the data cable it's all connected to the internet. It is connected to a ZYXCEL router. So that might be the issue, but based on previous experiences this was never an issue therefor purchasing the XR1000.
