orbi app no devices visible in device manager after upgrade firmware

after a firmwareupdate of my router and satellite to firmware V2.3.5.30 the connected devices are not visible; when i want to display the connected devices i get a error message "Sorry, the action was failed. Please try again.".

I get this error message over and over again. What am i doing wrong.

      Having same issue. Can netgear please fix this issue! Been having issues ever since I bought Orbi.
  • I have done a firmware upgrade to V2.5.0.38 and it seems to be solved

      Odd it’s saying I do not have new updates and I’m on v.2.3.5.30

        as i recall the firmware update was through the web login
