There used to be separate accounts for ReadyCLOUD service and MyNETGEAR service which was very unpractical.
In an attempt to allow users to have a single account and simplify everything, ReadyCLOUD service is now using MyNETGEAR account.
A MyNETGEAR account can be used for ReadyCLOUD service.
An old ReadyCLOUD account was only used for ReadyCLOUD service and can be migrated to become a MyNETGEAR account to offer both MyNETGEAR and ReadyCLOUD services.
If you think that you had an old ReadyCLOUD account and you can't migrate it, it's most likely either because you didn't have one or because it's already migrated. You may use the forgot password feature to try identify the account.
As per now, you should not try to create a ReadyCLOUD account. As instructed, you should create or use a MyNETGEAR account for ReadyCLOUD service.
Just forget about ReadyCLOUD account altogether, look at it like your Google account that allows to access all the services offered by Google (like YouTube, Chromecast, etc.). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Single_sign-on
The community also uses the centralized MyNETGEAR account, and if you're posting here, that means you have a MyNETGEAR account.
=> Simply join your R7000 to ReadyCLOUD service with the MyNETGEAR account you use to access the NETGEAR community.
