Can not create a Ready Cloud Account

I have tried repeatedly today to create an ReadyCloud Account.  I keep getting java.lang null pointer exceptions.  I have tried many times in chrome and ie.  Are there any known issues with the server.. Dead in the water until I can get an account created. Thanks

    Hey Everyone,

Can you please verify that this issue has been resolved? The server side fix has been in place for about 3 days now.

    Thanks

Please try creating your ReadyCLOUD accounts again now.

  • ...And same problem here

Tried multiple times using IE, Edge, Chrome Firefox Safari etc on various OS platforms Windows (7 & 10), IOS 9.3, Opensuse 42.1 and 13.1 but all give variations on the same  exceptions -

org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Could not execute JDBC batch update

    java.lang.NullPointerException

    Gateway timeout

There appears very little of significance in the logs and specifically nothing recorded on each attempt to create the new account.
