can't sign in to readycloud

This just happend today, July 7, 2020 and I see if was an old problem.  When I go to the sign in screen in on a Win7 machine and put in my email and password it just flips and shows password and name in red.  If I click to change password I wind up setting up a new netgear and at discover I see all my device and clicking manage I can open the admin page on each unit.

Using google chrome and Win 7 pro and several machines.  Did support end?

Or is there a fix?  The name and password sign in on Netgear.com and the forum seems to know me as well just can't get to the ReadyCloud display with all my units..

FW is 6.10.3  sample unit is RN426 s/n 511175E500048

Have you tried logging in on the portal? were you able to login using the Web portal readycloud.netgear.com? If that is the case, kindly try to reinstall the App on your PC and try again.

You may also want to try logging in to my.netgear.com and see if you will be able to login to that Portal. If in any case you are also having issues still, kindly let me know of your credentials thru PM.

    Regards

I don't know what the problem was, but this morning it was working.  It may have been ISP issue since I had to reboot the router yesterday and then last evening I found ASUS had issued a FW upgrade that had not automatically appeared on my router as they used to and installed that this morning.  I really think there was some issue outside my doors since clicking on the sign in took no time at all to change the email and password to red type.  Going through the discovery (from reset passwork) ended with everying showing up with a sign in at the upper right in orange.  Clicking on it started the loop of set-up new again. This morning clicking on that did pull up the sign in and it responded.

So unknown issue, but seems to have been fixed.

      Thanks

And I just found that four units had the ReadyCloud access turned off by some unknown means.  Re-enabled and "remove" disappeared and can access the admin again.  Thank you for letting the discover access work outside ReadyCloud.
