Delete Account

How do I delete this account? I ended up with a separate myNetgear account and I want to delete this old account.

    So I finally found this and they are taking care of it...

    customer.service@netgear.com

    Hi Retired_Member, you could do that while being logged in to this account. Go to your profile by clicking your name left to your logo/avatar. Use /My Settings/Close Account.

      Will that delete my Netgear account also? It sounds like it is just for the community account.

        Hi Retired_Member, when you ask "How to delete this account?" in a post on this community for me you clearly refer to the account you are using at the moment. This (community) account will be deleted, though.

         

        I have no idea what will happen to your netgear account then.

        Perhaps one of the NETGEAR mods have a suggestion.
