I am assuming that your Internet connection is working okay other than the downloading of games on your PS4?

 

Kindly try checking the exact error message on your PS4  so we can determine the next action.

 

Also, your post ended up on the ReadyNAS board; do you have a ReadyNAS storage device? Basing on your concern, is sounds like you have a router or a modem from NETGEAR.
