Dropbox Business - Root Directory

I bought the Dropbox Yearly Subscription for Business, so that my team can Access the Dropbox as well in the company.

1. The first screenshop shows my user directory and the Company Directory.

2. The second screenshot shows the Directory I am able to select from the Netgear Interface, it does not allow me to go one level up to the Company Directory, where am I going wrong?
