Dear community,   ever since the disaster at NetGear that screwed up the ReadyCloud access I have been trying to reinstate the user who has share access to my volume. I have tried disabling and the...

    Hello PenryUK,

     

    Did you backup all the ReadyCloud user home shares and  leave cloud, then re-register your main ReadyCloud account to the admin page > Cloud?

     

    Then please try to invite user again to see if you still see this issue.
