Is ReadyCLOUD down? Network error when signing in.
Is the ReadyCLOUD service down? We're getting this server side error when trying to connect with the app: This has been happening since last Friday. Netgear folks - what's going on?

Hello Deniro,
Thanks for your help, v1.5 looks to have downloaded and installed.

Hi Rob54,
I had this problem as well.
Have you tried deleting the Readycloud app, empty the recycling bin, restart the machine and then install v1.5 from the link?

Hi Ben, yes I've just gone through that process again, deleted the app, emptied the trash and downloaded from the link (http://readycloud.netgear.com/client/install/ReadyCLOUD.pkg) but still get V1.4.739.165 installed.
I know it must seem strange but I've tried everything with absolutely no change.

Hi Rob54
Sorry to hear.
I have just tested this on another machine and it worked for me.
Have you tried using a different web browser to download and install, to eliminate any cached data?
Sorry mate, all I can think of now..
Ben
