Welcome to the community!
Unfortunately, ReadyCloud is available to ReadyNAs OS6 units only. You are currently using a ReadyNAS OS5, this is not compatible with it. What you can use with it is ReadyNAS Remote instead.

So it mean i cant use 100% my product that i bought few years ago(3 years)
So it mean also i cant use the application readycloud on my phone ,it did very wel few days ago, becaus is a update(firmware) made to some prodouct that not support the product that i have ....so it means have to buy new product ..............so it means commercial.....
from my pc i can acces to my ready nas from netwerk with using this ReadyNASRemoteSetup.exe

the most issue that i have i cant use anymore the application readycloud on my phone to do backup of my stuff(pictures videos.......)because it saying no device is detected but few days ago was working great

You can use your product 100% but not with ReadyCloud application because this application is only for ReadyNAS OS6 units.ReadyNAS Remote is the application and add-on you can use with ReadyNAS OS4 and ReadyNAS OS5.
Take note that ReadyNAS OS6 is the latest ReadyNAS OS released while the ReadyNAS OS5 (ReadyNAS Duo v2 and ReadyNAS NV+ v2) is second to the latest and already joined the EOL devices.
So if you are trying to access your NAS using your mobile phone or tablet, look for ReadyNAS Remote in the app store instead.

Yes i know ...that is not the point......the point is few days ago the application readycloud was working with my device but after the new firmware not any more...the point is the factory Netgear made a new firmware for some product but not for the other product .(product that i bought more than 400 euro new one)..and the readyremote is not realy goed appliaction ,a simpel FTP server wil do the job beter

What firmware version did you upgraded to? And what is the previous version?
ReadyCloud will never worked work with ReadyNAS OS5 and OS4. Did you buy this NAS as pre-owned?
