I tried it very well on my windows 8.1. What errors will be reported when you install?
If you still can't, you can try the following methods:
You can install ReadyCLOUD_V1.16 and copy "leafnets.sys" with C:\Windows\System32\drivers,then install V1.19 and replace V1.16 "leafnets.sys". Restart it in the device manager, it should be fine.
