Tried to look at my discussions today and the site insisted that I create a user name for the Community forums. Tried using the name I've been using for years and it wouldn't let me. Now I have a n...
I've reported this to I.T. but they are busier than usual at the moment, so I'm not sure when they'll get to this.
I can see that your old handle is associated with the same email address.
When I ran into this, rather than creating a new community handle I closed my web browser, and later on was able to login without being prompted to create a new handle.
