router cant access netgear account
setup new router yesterday through web page. today I login to router and wants netgear account. I go to login and just keeps saying "something went wrong". I can obviously get to my account here. in the past I never had to login to account as it stayed "linked" after I did it once. so how can I access my router if I can't get to account?
based on your statement no account is needed for routers I disconnected the router from the internet and got in.
kind of a pain but i got ports forwarded i was after in the first place. thanks for the help

What browser are you using? Happening on MS Edge or Firefox?
Disconnect the router from the ISP modem and factory reset the router and setup from scratch:

See if you can get in to the routers web pages, then connect it to the ISP modem.
Please post the FW version if you can see this.
