I moved house and have only just got round to setting my NAS back up. Had been doing everything via PC until yesterday when I went to use the app remotely! Bit peeved by this however unlike others I didn’t access it remotely much at all and I’ll have had it 10 years come Nov.

Hello l087550m5i & jwgmorley ,
We've sent emails to all of our customers; if a user hasn't logged into the app for the past 90 days, he didn't receive the email or failed to read it.Additionally, we have disseminated the termination notification via apps and websites.
Have a lovely day,

Hello, I'm one of those who didn't received the email. Now how can I close the ready cloud service (in my RR4312 cloud page the service is reported enabled and logged-in)? How can I delete the existing users in cloud-users folder?
Thanks...🤔😕

You should be able to turn off the service on the cloud page.

You can't delete their account from the web ui. AnishaA (Netgear mod) just posted that it can't be done from ssh either.
So the only way known to get rid of them is to do a factory reset, rebuild the NAS, and restore the files from backup.
